How do I know which program is right for me? If you feel overwhelmed or unsure, start with the twelve week program. It helps you get your head above water and stabilize. If you already know you need more time and support, the six or twelve month options give you the space to rebuild without rushing. If you are still unsure, reach out and we can talk through it together.
What happens during our sessions? Every session is a mix of grounding, clarity, planning, and support. We look at what is happening in your life that week, explore your patterns without shame, and choose simple steps that match your energy. You will never be judged or pushed beyond your limits. This is a safe and steady space.
Is this coaching trauma aware? Yes. I work with adults who have lived through difficult experiences, major life changes, and long-term overwhelm. My approach is slow, grounded, gentle, and regulated. We focus on safety, stability, and nervous system awareness. You do not have to share anything you do not want to share.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you? No. Many of my clients are AuDHD or neurodivergent in some way, but you do not need paperwork or labels to get support. If you feel like your brain works differently, or if traditional systems have never worked for you, you belong here.
What if I miss a session? Life happens. You can reschedule with notice, and we will find a time that works. If something unexpected comes up, we handle it together with grace. I do not run this space with shame or punishment.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes. Every program has a payment plan option. I want this work to feel possible and steady, not stressful. We can talk through the options during your call.
How does messaging support work? Messaging support is available within agreed hours and boundaries. You can reach out for clarity, grounding, or encouragement between sessions. I respond during my support windows so you have structure and consistency without overwhelm.
What tools or worksheets do you use? You receive ND friendly worksheets, checklists, and emotional tools based on the Dive Plan system. Everything is broken down into simple steps with no fluff and no perfection required.
What if I am in a major life transition right now? You are in the right place. Many clients begin this work during breakups, career shifts, burnout recovery, or identity changes. The Dive Plan gives you structure and grounding during uncertain times. This is a safe place to land.
What results can I expect? You can expect more emotional stability, a clearer sense of self, routines that work for your brain, and a steady plan for your future. You will not become a different person. You will become a steadier version of yourself who knows how to move through life without drowning.
